His Majesty Birthday

Public Holiday ... I am bored just now... I went to Giant Supermarket.. and went to Bukit Shahbandar... Very excited when I saw lots of monkey approached my car... so many of them... they didn't scared of human being... Just like monkeys in the zoo. I took small cakes from the plastic and began fetching them. Feel like bringing banana next time if I go again to Bukit Shahbandar...

Then.. I went to the Jerudong Park Area... looked around and see horse...

CNE in Psyhiatric Department RIPAS

I replaced my collegue lecture on 30th June 2009 coz she was busy and suddenly pulled to the shift duty in reponded to the Swine Flu Pandemic. The topic i am presenting was: Community Psychiatry Service in RIPAS HOSPITAL. I explained the role as a CPN (community Psychiatry Nurse).. why the development of the Community Psychiatry is important? What are the advantages and disadvantages of patient being treated in both community and hospital? and later I am explaining the services offered by us as a CPN and the at the end.. the participant raising questions...
how to handle pt in community if they bacome aggressive with lack of staff ?? And i always like the question and answer session.. and we further discussed about the important of assessing RISK MANAGEMENT issue in the CPN.

And I did point out the lacking services and Community psychiatry Services in Brunei still need to be improved and need more expansion. They are long way to go..
